You can see that over a 3 month period we have increased their visits by 75.67%, which is a net gain of 2,271 visitors per month just from their organic rankings.

This is a small E-Commerce store selling men’s fashion items.
You will notice that over a period of 5 months we managed to grow this small company by just over 3 times (218.37%). See that the traffic is only up about 2 times on what it originally was. However this combined with better targeting resulted in us increasing the average sale value and also the conversion rate to arrive at more than a 3 X improvement.

This small women’s fashion retailer based out of Sydney is fun to work with.
See over 5 months we were able to increase their unique purchases by 798.76% (or 9 times). This coupled with us increasing the average sale value by $12.35% means a net revenue increase of $902.59% (or 10 times) for this clients business.

This was a brand new website that wasn’t receiving any free traffic from search engines before we started work on it. The business was selling advertising space but was spending a lot of money on paid traffic before hiring us.
You will notice that over 8 months we managed to increase the free traffic to the site by 457.90% (around 5.5 times) which allowed the website owner to charge more for advertising space.

This business is in an adult related market selling adverting and you can see that over the period of one month we manged astounding results with an organic traffic increase of 316.04% (4 times). Social Media Case Study #3
This client had been running Facebook ads in-house for six months, and although they had managed to get over 1,000 likes on their page they hadn’t managed to capture any leads. With a simple evaluation of their Facebook, we helped convert those ‘likes’ into leads and created a landing page which captured interested customers details, therefore creating this company a solid email list and database.
We then set up a number of ads and split tested them against each other. It was initially costing the client $11 per lead however after 3 months of our campaign strategy we were able to get the cost down to $4.80 which is well below the $7 per lead the client set for us!
As you can see below we now generate around 86 new leads for the business each week.
Social Media Case Study #4
After spending $400 on a non-successful Facebook campaign offering a free 2 day event with no registrations, this client came to us deflated and defeated. Wanting to restore their faith in social media we helped set up a higher converting landing page and a sales funnel.
We then set up 6 different Facebook ad campaigns with 10 variations of ads in each. We started off getting event registrations at a cost of $76 per person and within 2 weeks cut that down to $43 per lead by optimising the campaign!
After another week we were able to reduce the cost per registration down to $27 average over all 6 campaigns.
In this same 3 week period we increased their Facebook fans by 8% even though this was a pure lead generation campaign, n
ot a “like” campaign. Their engagement is also up over 100% (people talking about this).
The other challenge that this company had, was only about 33% (normal for a free event) of people hat would register for an event would show up. We crafted a highly compelling email auto responder series to get people that had registered to the event.
The end result was that instead of 33% showing up a whopping 81% of people that registered for the event showed up.

Everyone wants more fans on their Facebook page and here is an example of building over 22,000 fans in less than 6 weeks.
This was a small campaign that some of Think Big Online’s staff ran as a side project, out side of work hours.
We used one of our 2 main “Like” strategies to build 22,000 highly targeted and engaged fans in under 6 weeks. We actually had to pause the campaign after 2 weeks (where you can see the flat spot) because the credit card that was used to fund the ads was stolen and we had to get a replacement card.
So it’s actually 22,000 fans in 4 weeks if you subtract the 12 weeks of no promotion in the middle.

Not only do we promote physical products and services, but also digital products. Below is a summary of multiple campaigns we had running concurrently for a client who sells digital courses online.
These courses are already made and so the margin on these is 100%.
After another week we were able to reduce the cost per registration down to $27 average over all 6 campaigns.
We have highlighted how much we spent on ads in RED and what we made back in GREEN over a 7 day period.
In a little over 2 months, we were able to increase this retailer’s traffic to their website by more than 3,200 sessions. There were 2,400 more users coming to their website, who were staying on the website on average almost a minute longer and looking at on average 2 more pages a session. You will notice a small increase in the bounce rate (4%), which can be expected with such a large increase in traffic.
This specialist mid-sized retailer is a real success story for us. In just over a month, we were able to double the number of users coming to their website and with a slight increase in the number of pages this traffic looked at each session, we were successful in doubling their pageviews.
With this client who is in the finance industry, we were able to increase the people coming to their website by over 150%. After some streamlining of their site and elimination of under performing pages, we were able to increase the time traffic spent on targeted pages with the flow on effect being that the traffic spent less time looking at other pages.
This client is a large e-commerce specialist retailer. In a little under a month, after spending time streamlining their site we were able to reduce their bounce rate by almost 100%. We were able to increase the pages the traffic was spending time on and and also through building better internal page linking we were able to increase their pageviews by almost 100%.
